Hotel & RV Parking Information
Embassy Suites Hotel
Almost all of the events for the week will be held at the Host Hotel. The hikes will be off site within an hours drive to take advantage of the cooler weather in the foothills, and the Draft Trial will be at a park about 20 minutes drive away. Herding is a short walk away to the Ranch next door, and all other events will be a short walk to the ball room area of the hotel. A full breakfast is served daily, and a manager's reception is available every afternoon, The schedule has been made to take advantage of the hotel's hospitality.
A room rate of $99 or $119 has been negotiated with the hotel. Reservations have to be made by August 11, 2012. The hotel has a Three Dog limit per room. There is also a one time $25 pet fee per room and a Refundable $50 pet fee per room (ignore the 75 pound notice - that was waived). RV Parking
The RANCH at Larimer County Fairgrounds next to the hotel has RV parking with Electric Hook-ups. Reservations can be made through John Woods (jfwoods@q.com) or as part of the Master Registration Form. The parking is less than a 2 mile drive, and less than a 1/2 mile walk to the hotel. RV spaces will be $25 a night per space, with an assortment of 20, 30 and 50 amp spaces. There is also a shower room available.

- The Ranch has a place to fill your fresh water tank
- Please be sure to lock your RV, the Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen items
- The area can get high winds, please retract canopies while away from your RV and tie down equipment left outside
- No open flames
- There is a dump site 1 mile south at Schraders Country Store
